Domestic (Japan)

Dispatch: Morning orders are shipped the same day, except on Sundays and holidays.

Carrier: Yamato Nekopos (Tracking included)

International

Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Carrier: Japan Post EMS.
Tracking: Available for most destinations. Once the package leaves Japan, tracking will be handled by your local postal service.
Customs & Duties: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
For customers in the EU and UK: We utilize the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) and UK VAT schemes for tax collection. As such, VAT is collected at the time of purchase, and you should not be charged additional handling fees or VAT upon delivery for orders under the applicable thresholds.
